Registration: We can advise and help you liaise with the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care on new registration projects and variations.

Inspection: We can in the run up to an inspection advise regarding meeting outstanding recommendations and requirements/care planning/audit/activities and participation and how to effectively demonstrate evidence to the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care to achieve a positive inspection.

Complaints: We can be the independent mediator if a company has an issue with a care complaint they are struggling to resolve, we can offer advice, carry out the investigation and suggest solutions.

Enforcements/Low Grades: Unfortunately some care homes have low grades. We can advise on the inspection report and enforcement notice, including how quickly yet sustainably you can meet and maintain the required standard.

Financial: We can assist with budgeting / cost control / measurement of your business providing the tools required to effectively manage your operations.

Business Turnaround: We can act on behalf of operators or financial institutions to facilitate a business turnaround.

Management and Quality Assurance: Advising on the operation of care homes to achieve the highest quality service for residents, whilst maintaining operating profitability.

Marketing: Assisting with effective marketing of the home to maximise occupancy and income.

Staff Training: Training owners/Managers and staff on the requirements of legislation, National Care Standards and direct care issues such as care planning and the delivery of person centred care.

Challenging Behaviour: One of our consultants is a fully qualified Challenging Behaviour Trainer.

Leased Management:We can provide a regular retained service , 1-2 days per week to guide operators and managers through any periods of change.
